November 11 I got scamed on the Google odering Phentermine. When I realized it was fake, I attempted to return the product they had a $12.00 restocking fee, no big deal. However, when I called to get a RMA number which they require, I talked to a "Mike" who was very unwilling to give me the RMA number, then he tried to give me only half the shipping address, he also tried to get me off the phone as quick as possible. In their return policy the RMA # has to be written on the original packing, product has to be untamppered, but it is always their word against yours, so what is the use. They state if the bottle looks tampered they will toss the bottle and not notifiy you that you will not be receiving a credit. Why bother you bunch of scammers! They can keep my $63.00 but I will tell everyone I know what a scam their website is, I can't believe GOOGLE would support their Web site.

To get the real stuff find a weight loss clinic in your area (google: B-12 shots[your state]) and they will give you a prescription. It can get expensive with shots, pills, initial fees, and dr visits. Put not more than you spend on scams and fakes!!!

I thought I was ordering Phentermine and ended up with the biggest pill with like 3 or four blue big dots on the pill. I have taking the real deal before and this pill is not the real deal.I ordered for liposomexlabs.com Do not order from this online site cause they are scamming people as well. Hi I bought phentermine37.9mg from aprixe.com two months ago and still have not received any product money has been deducted the contact number they gave me belongs to virgin mobile and suddenly their website is non-excisting so does anyone know how to get hold of them or how I get my money back?

DON'T buy from GS Labs in American Fork, UT They do not work and you will have problems getting your money back not to mention in small print they only give you a 14 day trial period. You can't get or see results in 14 days. When you call, you get the same person answering the phone. For appearing to be such a large company, you would think they would need more customer reps. When I sent my order back certified, the post office were very familiar with the address. They made my headaches worse and caused me to throw up

I also bought from GS Labs. They gave me a deadline (next day) to return them (at my expense) or I would be charged $90. So the free 30-day trial is bullxxxx. I intend to put this information on my website. Same goes for Sensa.

I also just got burned by GS Labs. Called my credit card company (Chase) and they are very familiar with this type of scam. They said they would take care of it and I wouldn't be paying anything. Another company didn't even wait for the 30-day trial period to elapse; they billed me already.

Makes you want to find these wonderful folks and and... Oh, we have to be nice in the forums or our comments may not be published.

UPDATE on GSLABSINC.COM They have drastically changed their website and the phone (866-731-7319) is disconnected. In addition to their site that offers only their disconnected phone number they have posted a disclaimer which claims to make everything your fault. My search through whois.com and iwhois.com did not reveal pertinent information, like the owner's name and address, where he parks his car and where his children go to school, etc. The site is hosted by http://www.hostmonster.com/

It appears that the best we can do is call Hostmaster at 1-866-573-4678 and let them know what gslabsinc is doing. I did that; it takes more than one call.

I have tried phentremine from liposomexlabs for the past two years. I take it on and off. It is not the real thing, but I like it as it has uppers associated with chocolate (theobromine) and feels better than ephidra. I don't think it has as bad of side effects as phentermine either.

I ordered from phentermineNY and received herbel product. I paid with my debit card for one time order and they continuted to send more herbel products and take from my checking account. Dont be scammed........

I ordered Phentermine without prescription, paid $198.85, on PhentermineNY.com. When filling out the medical form I agreed to all EXCEPT the substitution of products.I contacted the company shortly after and asked if the order would be filled with no doctor and I was told that it would not and I would get an email stating this. I never got that email. This weekend I got their package with an herbal supplement, Phentreamine, via FexEx with overnight fees charged to me. The in tact charge as of today states $198.85 for a product I never got.

I contacted the company twice today and a Claudia kept repeating that their terms were listed clearly on their website. I kept trying to tell her that their website ignored my negative reply to substitution. I repeatedly asked for a manager and she said there was none, then she said she was one and told me there was no one else to talk to. I asked for a refund but their policy of no refunds was on their website. No matter what I said on my form, I cannot prove I did not okay their substitution. No reimbursement was given to me for the difference in prescription medication I ordered and the herbs I received via FedEx.I had to close my bank account as the company also, without permission, set me up for automatic payment each month for more product I never ordered.

The company clearly understands the law and their way around it for this bait and switch scam. Consider if you will, how many customers they are scamming and how much money this could potentially be…for products that are substandard and not what they advertise on their website. We bought in good faith they were honest. How do we protect ourselves from this financial predator? Its our word against theirs with their changeable policies to protect them.

the same exact thing happen to me. i just recieved phentreamine instead of phentermine that i ordered from phentermineny.com. claudia is who i talked to also. said she was supervisor. is there anything tp do to get money back or to get them in trouble?

Welcome me to the scam club. I ordered mine for a trial for free only paying shipping costs. that came and two weeks later more came with a 74.00 bill. 36 merchant street adress olso American fork UT tried to contact them and got a answering machine.
